GroovyKids™ Yoga

Yoga is an amazing activity for kids to get into. GroovyKids™ Yoga is the ultimate way to develop your children’s strength, flexibility and coordination with super Yoga Sessions designed to develop all these skills in children.

GroovyKids™ Yoga   is a movement based yoga program for Kids to learn yoga poses and grow through positive and non competitive interaction with others. Our mission is to empower children across the globe in a positive and non competitive way to learn and enjoy practicing yoga.

Classes can accommodate kids ranging in age from 3-12 years old.
Each class lasts 45 minutes.
The cost of each class is 25 chf/child.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a series of postures designed to improve, strength, balance and flexibility. Each class is independently sequenced, offering varied, fun, and dynamic classes that will keep you on your toes. I passionately believe that Power Yoga is for everyone.

It doesn’t matter how fit you are, how old you are, or how flexible. The yoga I teach is not about learning to put your feet behind your ears, it’s about learning to love and look after the body you’ve been given. It’s about challenging your limits, both mentally and physically and learning to breathe through it.

Power Yoga is so much more than just a physical workout – that’s why it’s so addictive. Not only will Power Yoga help you achieve a beautiful body but it will also help to develop a beautiful mind. It allows us to find peace in our busy life and become a calmer, healthier, and happier person. With regular practice you will make rapid progress and I am certain that you will soon begin to feel the benefits of power yoga in all areas of your life.
